You create your account and complete the five-step guided registration: personal details, profession, experience, languages and documents. When you finish, you get your BW ID.

Our team reviews profiles in the Talent Pool using filters such as profession, years of experience, English level, passport and availability, and chooses which ones to present to each company.
Who's involved: the Brazil Workforce USA team.

Interview
The company receives the referred profiles and requests interviews. Date, time and link are recorded on the platform and visible to the candidate.

Hiring
The company decides who will be hired. The choice is always the employer's.

Documentation
Once someone is selected, the documentation procedures begin. Additional documents are requested and submitted securely through the platform.

Travel
After authorization by the competent authorities, the professional heads to work in the United States. Every stage is recorded in the history.
